Portugal might become the sixth country to legalise gay marriage. If the idea passes the parliament as it is outlined now they’ll get it right at once!
The bill will change Portuguese law to remove references of marriage as being between two people of different sexes. (As written on Lesbilicious.)
This is the only right way. Don’t add extra laws, don’t add extra paragraphs, just make sure the law is the same for everyone regardless of sex.
It will also open-up a choice of 2 countries to marry on an actual warm beach!
